Bayer, who started in Chicago at the Annoyance, will be appearing by herself in Chicago at the new Pilsen venue Thalia Hall at the end of May as part of the Onion and AV Club's "Second Annual 26th Annual Comedy Festival.":
Other TV in the lineup: A screening of "Cabin Boy" (Dave's only movie appearance) with director Adam Resnick, a screening of "UHF" with Weird Al, Comedy Central image voice Kyle Kinane, Adult Swim's Eric Andre, Ellie Kemper "and Friends" (unindicated), some "Simpsons" writers chatting with Onion staff writers, flop sitcom star John Mulaney (two shows at the Chicago Theatre, despite his flop show) and the Katydids, the improv group about to get their big break with the TV Land version of their webcom "Teachers" (the first TVL sitcom without *any* known sitcom stars as regulars--even "Younger" has Hillary Duff in the cast).
