Lawsuit over a non-reboot of ER

This seems baseless to me, but apparently nobody who worked on ER can participate in another medical drama ever, or Crichton will sue them. 

Frankly, I always thought the creators of St Elsewhere should’ve sued ER, but whatever.

Their lawyer, a certain Thomas Westphall, talked them out of suing something that never existed.

The judge hearing the case apparently hinted she would not grant an anti-SLAPP motion to dismiss, but isn't ready to actually make any decision...
