The actor will be arraigned Jan 7th in Nantucket for allegedly attacking a then 18yr-old boy (whose mother was then a Boston news anchor) at a bar back in 2016, after the kid lied about being of legal drinking age, and got plied into submission... The accuser has been pleading the Fifth, his phone (with texts useful to the investigation) went missing, and his counsel snapped when Spacey's lawyer so much as suggested possible tampering with evidence.
