Byron Allen suit v McDonald's dismissed

The restaurant giant was accused of racial discrimination after refusing to advertise on the entrepreneur's TV nets incl. Weather Channel... lack of evidence, said the L.A. Federal judge... "this is about revenue, not race," said a Mickey-D lawyer... Allen will amend and refile the complaint...

Allen certainly did refile, 'cuz this Deadline piece has that same Federal judge nixing a motion to dismiss from Mickey-D, whose CEO back in November '21 had to defend a message to Chicago's Mayor Lightfoot blaming parents for the separate shooting deaths of two city kids... Allen called for Chris Kempcinski's firing after the statement...
