So they told the judge in the case, saying it "inflicts substantial costs" on them as long as the WBD merger is held off... the word "blackmail" came out of the CA attorney general's mouth commenting on the sitch... remember, it'll be March before any ruling is made on the antitrust case that must preclude any merger:
