The series that began the Prestige TV era in earnest initially gave AMC a new image beyond that of American Movie Classics, the classic movie channel that turned its back on its fans by programming more recent movies--its arrival on the streaming home of "The Sopranos" and "The Wire" will feature remastered episodes in 4K for the higher tier subscribers (it will continue to stream on AMC+):
