Billie Hayes had a career on Broadway, the movies and TV, but she's probably best known for the villainess on the fondly-remembered 1969 psychedelic kiddie show "H.R. Pufnstuf" (and the 1971 theatrical film based on the series)--she also played Mammy Yokum in "Lil Abner" on Broadway, in the 1959 film and the 1971 ABC televersion, toured in "Hello, Dolly!" with Betty Grable, played other characters on the shows of "Pufnstuf" producers Sid and Marty Kroft and a lot of cartoon voices:
