It’s too big to be called indie anymore, but it is known for books and artists other publishers shun. Sold to a media group with 9,000 people, so it’ll get absorbed into the landscape of selling off its IP to Netflix or one of the other streamers. And it’s not that I don’t welcome more comics fare on my TV screen, but there is such an oversaturation of the genre right now that it’s going to be tough for some of those featured in Dark Horse to get noticed.
