cableco's are making it free.  I'm unsure if that means that geofencing is turned off as well.  USA list readers can comment back with their results.

I expect this week to be a daily hotbed of announcements in CAN as well as USA.  rumor has it that on Monday canada will declare "stay the F*ck home" in some official emergent capacity.

I could access the text and archived video, bit not the live stream. It said maybe the problem was an unsupported browser (Safari)?

Pgage,  I'm guessing a geofence issue.    Report it to some ctv address and say you are a Canadian in California.
