NBCSN exit?

...which will most likely mean USA will re-adopt its shows-by-day, sports-by-night model, while the niche stuff will be uploaded to Peacock.

This may also be a sign of hockey returning to ESPN, if NBC gives up one of the packages it currently has.

I’m hoping they cut the cable ties while somehow keeping the streaming app, for the simple reason that after roughly a decade of quirks and foibles, the app finally works for streaming Le Tour de France, and I don’t want to have to struggle with another carrier/company/network starting from scratch again.

One version of this news I saw on Twitter said that NBC Sports was shutting down, which did not quite make sense. This does.
