The owners of White Manna*, one of the Gawden State's beloved burger joints, are in the process of getting City of Hackensack approval to lift the structure up from its current River Street location and haul it about 7/10 of a mile roughly north to near a Fairleigh Dickinson University property, where a larger addition and more parking can be built; the city planning board has approved the proposal, but a second report believes city council needs to sign off on the deal as well:

Mr Flavortown chowed down on their sliders with cheese and onions in 2008, while "No Reservations" stopped in the following year for a segment that eventually aired in 2010.
*Wikipedia suggests without much substantiation that there were many joints of this name once, the only known other survivor of which is White Mana (the name tweak is blamed on a sign maker) in nowhere-nearby Jersey City.
