Also, they screwed up the transfer from HBO Max to Max for YouTube TV subscribers, and we were unable to access Max for the first day (I am now). I spent an hour on hold with Max, then had to put up with multiple attempts by them to sell me a new subscription, before they finally acknowledged that I did have a subscription thru YTTV, only to be told I had to talk to them. YTTV is easier to deal with, but still another 20 minutes till they told me there was a system wide failure of Max to recognize YTTV credentials, and they were working on it.
