We reported on sitches like this in 2015, '14, and '13 (links)... Candyman just cain't stand it when those whirring tones used to indicate an emergency are sounded for dramatic effect in clearly non-urgent cases... the Alphabet-net was tabbed an agreed-upon $395k for an October '18 "Kimmel" sketch, the "Walking Dead" channel $104k for a Feb '19 episode of that series, Discovery $68k for a 2018 Animal Planet segment about game wardens dealing with Hurricane Harvey, and two Los Angeles FMs $67k for plugging their morning show in '17.
