Annoying commercial parked in California

Kars4Kids, the charitable group reviled for its infectious jingle I first heard decades ago on radio in New York, needs to report at least a few details about what it is, where it is and whom it serves before it's let back onto the Golden State's airwaves... the plaintiff might have donated his vehicle knowing the organization has practically nothing in the way of operations in his state:
