He wants to force businesses to pay for his hate speech 

As always, I look forward to the discovery process as Twitter would have to open up its records, which of course it won’t do, so the case will be dismissed with prejudice

I suspect Twitter is f'ed anyway with what's going on in the UK right now and Elmo whining about "Civil War" that they'll be in legal trouble over there.

Not to mention that the right-leaning SCOTUS may have already preempted any case Musk has via Citizens United's "money = speech" doctrine.   If ad spending is protected speech, then Musk (or, say, Byron Allen) can't force anyone to advertise with him.

No no, Elon will selectively provide information to Bari Weiss who will commit some "journalism," get booked on Bill Maher, and they'll fill copious days with spin. It's the Musk way!
