Fox's NFL coverage is over for the season (the Super Bowl is on CBS, and whatever-they're-having-instead-of-an-actual-Pro Bowl is on ABC/ESPN), so any question of impact on his Fox mates is possibly moot, unless he was contagious this past Sunday.

I assume you're thinking of his on air Fox mates. He could have exposed members of the production crew to the virus and they are still working daily.
