So, it's the same format with enough fundamental differences to shield it from a lawsuit?

Pretty much. Based on the DVR listings, the episodes are airing out of production order - so no news-of-the-week segment.

However, they do have one comedian from each side of the hostess perform a bit of topic-specific stand-up. And one team wins each episode. #EtAl

But if it means more Milton Jones (air date: 4/14), fine by me.

Actually, creator/producer Dan Patterson (the same co-"devisor and compiler" of "Whose Line") is involved with this show, so this is an actual license of the format from Patterson's Angry TV, if not the Beeb.
