The former Buffy/Angel sidekick posted about her on-set abuse during her time with Whedon. He didn’t like her tattoo and called her to set extra early when she was pregnant, by themselves not damning, but as part of a larger picture, it’s not good.

"There was a rule. Saying. He's not allowed in a room alone with Michelle again." I think that's about as specific as it needs to be. (I believe she was under 18 the entire time she was on "Buffy.")

That does imply quite a bit, but it is far from a direct accusation.  

One of the accountants at Dick Clark Productions started in the business as a child actor. He appeared on a less popular series of one of the most famous people in Hollywood. When I asked him about his experience as a child actor (and when I heard other people ask him), all he would say is that parents of child actors should never leave the set. Not for one minute. Not for one second.

A few years back, a friend from high school told me her daughter had just been cast in a very popular HBO drama geared for very mature audiences. When she asked me for advice, I told her what that accountant told me. And as the series went on, multiple directors and multiple producers tried everything they could to get my friend to leave her daughter alone on the set. She never did. 

If he is who these three women want us to think he is, they need to say more than they are saying, or he’s not going to stop doing what we are all implying he is doing. Because merely being a sick bastard is not disqualifying anymore... not in the post-Trump era. That’s a cold, hard, terrifying reality.

Apropos of nothing, this was my Facebook status on this day in 2009:

gave up on "Dollhouse" 30 minutes into the second episode... once again, Joss Whedon took a hot woman and made me NOT want to watch her
