Daily News: The public will no longer be allowed to leaf through the
weekly stack of city filming permits upstairs from The Ed, the most
common visitors of which are the paparazzi... wasn't Bloomie committed
to putting this stuff online?

Actually, this change makes a certain amount of good sense - the
longer it takes to get a shot [because paparazzi are swarming the
site], the longer that building/street/avenue needs to stay closed -
limiting who has access to the information should help productions be
more efficient.
