I assume this is why WBD removed most Looney Tunes/Merrie Melodies cartoons from Max last year - either because this was either already in the works, or because they hoped something like this was in the works.

The channel launches on June 25 and a programming schedule is out. I expect Pluto, Tubi, and Roku Channel will carry it along with local channels.
