At the convention built around those Mattel-owned characters Sunday in Anaheim, the iconic writer/filmmaker, at what was apparently previewed (link) as an interview by him of Mattel's Rob David (he'll be an exec, of course), takes on "what may be the final battle between He-Man and Skeletor!"

Has it just been in the last year or so that the Filmation original half-hours have begun turning up in 'toob form?

About the only thing that would possibly compel me to return to that era of crap animation and crappy storytelling would be if Orco battled Snarf to the death... and they both died.

I get that those cartoons needed to exist to pave the way for more complex anime stories, but they don’t need to be revisited.
