A collection of his Esquire magazine covers, which helped define the "hyper spirit" of the 1960s, is still at "MoMA" in New York; as one of the folks paid tribute to by "Mad Men," he devised breakthrough strategies for brands like Xerox and Stouffer's, and gave the world "I want my MTV!"  Friday (18) on that widdle island; 91.
