Newsmax is suing Fox News Channel and parent Fox Corp., claiming that the company engages in exclusionary practices to keep competing conservative news channels off of cable systems, like requiring the channels to be on more expensive tiers, forcing cable systems that carry those channels to also carry Fox Business and FS2 and telling guests that if they go on Newsmax, they can never go on Fox News ever again:

It helps to not refer to either of these cable channels as purveyors of news or information. That said, I welcome them targeting each other.
