Buddy Valastro, the pride of Hoboken, NJ, who's been in and out of business for years, resurfaces at another network, A&E, where on Nov 11th he débuts "Legends of the Fork," where he travels to restaurants all over America (take that, Guy Fee-eddy) and "Cake Dynasty," focussing on the expansion of the Carlo's Bakery brand nationally and internationally, including (can you believe it?) cake vending machines (NJ already has a few)...
