Semi-TV: “Muppet History” socials shuttered due to sexual harassment

Short version: Married couple has been posting Muppet clips for years. The husband has also been using the accounts to send inappropriate messages to women. Women are now coming forward. Apologies have been posted on the accounts, as well as an announcement that no clips will be posted for the foreseeable future.

I’m generally not a fan of accounts that post other people’s content, but the Muppet brand is being horribly mismanaged by Disney (who ought to be riding the nostalgia wave), so I did follow MuppetHistory on Instagram. Sad to see it end like this.
