I did watch the 'logue within two days on the 'toob. And one more time: if he's talking with a guest, whether he uses Donald's* name or not varies with the guest. Yes, I know 'Steve' is one of the writers, but the rest of them overrule him WRT saying it during monologue / bits.

*My older brother, a moderate who can not care less who is elected even should they hand over the republic to the tyrant of their choice, has only ever called him by his forename. Nothing surprises him.
