In the Division Series round, taken over from TBS which will instead do one-game playoffs for wild-card qualifiers.

Michael Hiestand, USA TODAY

Most of MLBN's games are piped from either team's local-TV package, but there are a few, mostly in NY, that are produced "in-house", with any of the "MLB Tonight" panelists handling the booth. The suggestion is that these will be in-house.

In a span of seven years, we've gone from the guarantee that if your home team makes the playoffs you will see every game on OTA to the possibility that a playoff game your home team is in will only be available if you have a digital-tier cable package with no Web option available.

Fuck you, MLB.

Satellite is almost worse. Dish only recently added MLBN.

Here in U-Verse land, MLBN is only available on the U300 level. You
can't get it on in Sports Pack add-on (which is what I had before they
dropped NHLN killing the only reason I paid for that).
