Reminds me of Columbia Pictures and DiC having to title their animated series "The Real Ghostbusters" after Filmation confused people deluxe with their similarly-titled series inspired by the old live-action 70s series with Forrest Tucker, Larry Storch, and Bob Burns as the gorilla... never mind that Filmation made Columbia pay them for the name rights!
