Does Nexstar ... 'er, I mean the CBS affiliates... need to show this, given it's a time-lease to CBS network?  Or would they be free to break from the network and show their own time-lease programming?

This is basically moving up the 12:30, 1 am, and 1:30 shows Allen has on CBS up one hour.  I would guess that the same terms for clearance would apply, or be expanded.  So I think if you're affiliate is carrying the programs now, they will probably bump them up at the appointed time (September?)
