V left some words out of the important graf, but FCC chairman Carr said earlier today (7/22) the commission has an open proceeding into an early review of the pertinent licenses in which he believes the decision not to air last Thursday's presidential speech will be prominently addressed... die Maus should preemptively go to court to stop any pulling of licenses today, if they haven't already:

Wasn't there reporting that the administration didn't actually request airtime from the major networks - there was just an expectation that they'd cut into regular programming?
