Jean Smart, the star of "Hacks," went on Instagram and called for the networks that are carrying the awards season shows up to the Oscars not to broadcast them and donating the revenue they might've received to victims of the LA fires and firefighters--a nice thought, but considering how many people are depending on the shows for some income in what has been a slow last couple of years in the film-TV business and other financial considerations...:
