WEDNESDAY

8:00--Survivor

9:30--The Amazing Race (are we getting two "TAR"s this season, or is mid-season going to be Padma's cooking show and the excerable reboot of "Hollywood Squares"?).

THURSDAY

8:00--Georgie and Mandy

8:30--ETERNALLY YOURS--From the showrunners of US "Ghosts," a single-cam sitcom about vampires. Of course.

9:00--Elsbeth

10:00--CUPERTINO--From the Kings, a legal drama set in Silicon Valley about an attorney that fights Big Tech. In the immortal words of Chappell Roan, good luck babe.

9:00--Fire Country (and yes, a medical show in the "Country" franchise is coming)

10:00--Reruns (aah, football overruns) (there will be something first run mid-season probably "Einstein," about the crime-fighting greatgrandson of Albert, and I assume he's big on "Beany and Cecil" reruns)

Addendum: "Ghosts" and that hot babe "Matlock" are back mid-season, with 22-ep orders ("Ghosts" will have two one-hour holiday specials).

I remember when the upfronts were lavish, star-studded events staged in big venues like Radio City Music Hall. 

Now, I fully expect them to take place in a Motel 6 off the Jersey turnpike.
