Real-life Philly tavern co-founded by "Always Sunny" stars closing

The show's venue Paddy's Pub and its exterior, of course, are both in L.A., but Rob Mac (né McElhenney) and spouse Kaitlin Olson back in 2010 invested in a real Old City pub back in 2010, briefly referencing the series in the menu tho not visually... I'm guessing they cashed in their stake at some point, as did one of Philly's rock-station morning-drive hosts, immortalized in a men's-room toilet-paper holder...

I read somewhere that the average length of time independent restaurants and bars stay in business is about eight years. So if they had theirs for 15 years, they beat the odds.
