Jim Wahl and Timothy Wahl, in an L.A. Superior Court filing, question the network's tacit dismissal of their request for religious exemption from COVID vaccination, calling the company vax policy "unconstitutional"... their lawyers also happened to represent Ingo Rademacher in his vax-protest action...

It is not true that employers must grant religious exemptions to vaccine mandates to anyone who requests them. A religious exemption would be based on established or official positions of a particular religious group that an employee would have to demonstrate they have been a part of. The large majority of Christian, Jewish and Islamic organizations in the US have refused to state that it is an official position of their faith to decline vaccination.
