Reuters, on a Yahoo page, peeped a WSJ piece with the proposal involving the nets Comcast operates: Boston, Philly, and the two in northern California... lots of details haven't been announced, but I'm thinking the streamer, unlike with its regional and national newscast channels, will make these extra-cost options...
(Kabletown, as some here have called it, is a tiny investor in New York metro outlet SNY, but it's run by Sterling, parent of its centerpiece those New...York...Mets...)

Sterling hasn't been the parent of the Mets since Fred Wilpon sold the team to Steve Cohen in 2020 despite the company still owning SNY.

Charter  also has a piece of SNY from when it was partially owned by Time Warner.

Thanks for the clear-up. I went to Wikipedia to edit Sterling's entry to remove the Mets and the minor-league affiliate on Coney Island (bizarrely, another of their executives is also named Steve Cohen)

I know it's weird that there's two different Steve Cohen's. When it was reported the owner Steve Cohen was interested in buying the team around 2019, I wondered "when did the guy from the Cyclones get a lot of money?" Funny enough I once interviewed with the Cyclones Steve Cohen about a job with the team around 2012 which didn't go anywhere sadly.
