I only remember him from Emergency. He had a fairly long career in soap operas after that. 80 years old.

I was surprised that plenty of the cast is still above ground... didn't someone report on Kevin Tighe this year, or last?     B

IMDb has Tigue as still among the living. 

A memorial has been placed next to Mantooth’s paramedic truck at the LA County Firefighter museum in Bellflower, a place I keep meaning to go to since I live nearby. I also don’t live far from the fire station they used for the exteriors, but haven’t visited that, either. What’s wrong with me?
