Similarly to 'NCIS,' Forest Whitaker leads a Bay Area investigative
team with whom Mantegna, Gibson and group hook up on the April 7th
episode...only in a link to the story are the words "proposed spinoff"
used by TFC...

Forest Whitaker has already had big, and very well done, roles in The
Shield & ER.

I didn't even know who he was until he was on The Shield.

Not to mention being in the Rod-Serling-as-host role (as opposed to the
Rod-Serling-as-writer role) for the UPN revival of "The Twilight Zone."
