The Chicago Sports Network will start this fall and televise White Sox, Bulls and Blackhawks games (the Cubs are still on their own cable channel Marquee, co-owned by Sinclair)  on OTA, cable and streaming--no indications yet where, but considering that Weigel's WCIU is losing The CW to Nexstar's WGN this fall, there is very much a possible OTA client:
