Along with Paul Italia, proprietor of NY comedy club The Stand and a commercial real estate agent/investor, and, reportedly, architect Ron Castellano, who presented the pre-reno John F. Kennedy at his site... the plans, as Castellano told New York mag subsite Curbed, have been to have clubs, restaurants, and hotel rooms aboard the vessel, but no pool...
