The Massachusetts-born singer, 89, is only listed for 15 appearances across 7 seasons of "American Bandstand," whose host invited him to Philly long before the show went nationwide, but history-of-rock.com has him down for 110... one of my blogger friends noted that after learning of his passing, "Cousin Brucie," another longtime friend, didn't open his again-on-WABC-radio show with his Frankie Valli-recorded theme song, but with Cannon's "Palisades Park," the former location of which in New Jersey is marked by a plaque dedicated by the pair:
