Several states including New Jersey have 40-year-old systems using that ancient lingo that they can't replace till the virus recedes...

That “ancient lingo” is still running the majority of financial systems all over the world. Having 30+ years experience with writing the ancient scrolls will hopefully finance my retirement. :)
