NYC skyscraper in danger of collapse; nearby TV complex evacuates to street

The former Pfizer headquarters at 235 East 42nd is in the process of being converted into apartments, except that support columns in the 37-story structure started to buckle, and a steel beam 20-some stories up was compromised... of course, nearby 220, the longtime home of PIX11 and now NewsNation, has a story (!) of its own; trouble is™, they had to bug out, being too close to the situation:
