The long-closed (and posted "No Trespassing") Bangor Union Quarry, literally steps from where Mother Jersey grew up, and the second-floor walkup her parents lived in after all the kids were grown, hosted filming about a year ago including co-star Tom Pelphrey swimming therein... the borough manager said officials never met Pelphrey nor co-star Mark Ruffalo, but learned firsthand about how crews prepared to film at the site under obviously-risky conditions...
