Tom Brokaw and wife are alright, but can't say the same for driver of
other vehicle.

This story mentions a "spokeswoman Jenny Tartikoff". Two questions: Is
she Brokaw's spokeswoman or NBC's, and is she related to Brandon?

PGage, to Kevin:

NBC, and until someone proves to me otherwise, she's his daughter.

According to the interwebs, Tartikoff's daughters are named Elizabeth and
Calla, and his widow is named Lilly.

One more trip to the interwebs and we discover that Jenny Tartikoff's father
is a cousin of Brandon Tartikoff.

Add to the list of crash victims the lead singer of Weezer, currently
in the hospital after his toour bus crashed. If you haven't heard any
of the songs from 2008's "Christmas With Weezer," check them out. Good
album.

And, as I now just see, the "We Wish You A Merry Christmas" track
from "Christmast With Weezer" is now available for free downloading on
itunes, along with a bunch of other free X-mas tunes.

Amazon's digital download site has a ton of free music. Here is the 25
days of mp3 promotion, but there are easily another two dozen
Christmas songs available for free on the site, too.

Except the Lady Caw Caw song that I'm most interested in they insist
on charging me 99 cents for.
