Travel - steam train & horse

Work - abacus, manual typewriter, manual calculator [Note cash registers put in during WW II still worked in a power outage manually in the 1970s!] sin/cosign table books, rwo sets of spreadsheets; one for IRS and the secret one;-)

Entertainment -  String Quartet Chamber Music, Pump organ and player piano. harp guitar, monopoly and risk, poker and other gambling games and enjoying quiet outdoors!

Since the airing of "Comics Unleashed with Byron Allen" on CBS at 12:37
a.m. is a time buy with Allen's company selling the ads, no ratings are
being released, but Allen claims the show is doing well is that he wants to
move up to 11:35 p.m. in June when Colbert leaves:

Right now, the other possibilities are bringing back the reruns at 11:35
p.m. (say it along with Dave: "The CBS Late Movie is not a movie") or
giving another half-hour to the affiliates for supposedly local news (as if
it won't stop some stations from running a half-hour of "Drew" at 11:35)
and running either reruns or Allen at 12:05. I assume that as long as Allen
is paying for the hour, CBS cannot get out of late-night completely.

The music legend famously bolted Meta and Spotify
<https://groups.google.com/g/tvornottv/c/iD2mR3KqT2I/m/T6ZCcNPcBAAJ> (we
covered the latter in 2022, although he did return briefly), now Bezos'
Amazon could be next... cuz the latter hides how much of its prices are
administration tariffs, while AWS made a billion-dollar deal with the WH:

Greg Diener, to moi, Oct 9th:

NBC has the Super Bowl this season, not FOX, which had it last season.

All of the Big 4 networks have pieces of the NFL contract. No way in hell
are they going to air any alternative halftime shows.

Perhaps The CW, especially since they dropped "Inside the NFL." And Nexstar
owns the CW affils in the three biggest markets.

FWIW, Lee Greenwood chimed in, only because (his good friend?) the House
Speaker did:

At "Grey's," of course, where only *Merrrrr* and a select few others were
spared as Season 22 begins... showrunner Meg Marinis recounts the agony to

AMC, which is in too many other countries to call itself American
Multi-Cinema anymore, but still isn't going to distinguish itself from the
TV-networks group, won't bring *The Official Release Party of a Showgirl*,
companion to a similarly-named album already under scrutiny for its
typical-of-Swift content, to the remainder of Latin America and parts of
Asia... most of the world got to see it this past weekend... guesses were
that the other countries' strict review policies weren't expedient enough
for the goil's needs:

Forgot the crystal radio, d'oh
had one shaped like a rocket ship with station tuning with top arial.
indoor worked best clipped on telephone dial stop.
outdoors worked best clipped to a chain link fence.

sound not great but worked well in a strong signal area.
