Mild spoilers…

The series begins with the premise that the documentary crew behind “The Office” went looking for what happened to Dunder Mifflin… that would’ve been a great premise for a follow-up series. Instead, that premise was dismissed in two minutes.

The Paper isn’t bad, but a lot of the actors are asking for the laugh instead of playing it straight. It took the Office cast a year to get their proper rhythm, so I’m willing to give this a chance. As for the Italian woman character… less is more. A lot less of her would be a lot more for the show.
