A primetime special April 27th, the night of the actual final episode of "LLS," is scheduled to include the pair channelling their inner "Lion King"... (IG post included)
On a Cruise-related note, Tom Whitlock, a prolific lyricist with over 100 songs credited including "Danger Zone" and "Take My Breath Away" with Giorgio Moroder from the first Top Gun, passed last week in Tennessee; 68.

"David Letterman: A Life on Television" was a 90 minute primetime special on May 4, 2015.
Dave's last show was on May 20, 2015.

It wasn’t that I disliked Corden, it was that he went out of his way to skew as far from me and my demographic as possible. I don’t think he was bad at his job; his show just wasn’t geared towards me.

I still think the best phase of Corden was the pandemic in-studio when he had to deal with his staff as the audience. But maybe that's just me because I liked The Garry Shandling Show and the 4th wall being broken.
That and the VP Late Night, West Coast.

I watched a lot of that because I’m friends with the VP in question. After a while I got the sense this was done to suck up to the VP in question.
