Maher's not the only person to say that. Are there other suits that haven't been publicized? Or are other suits coming?
HBO vigorously defended John Oliver. I can't imagine they wouldn't do the same for Maher.

Oliver has a team of lawyers paid to fact check every word he says. Maher is just an unfunny prig with a god complex who vomits nonsense out of his gaping mouth.
