Six months.

(Sorry: it's a WSJ exclusive as I type this: will post a more public article shortly)

A surprisingly high number of people watched "According to Jim," and it lasted 8 years. Quibi WISHES it was like "According to Jim."

Hey: According To Jim lasted eight amazing years! Let's not take shots that aren't deserved.

I prefer Quibi: the Charles Rocket of streaming services.

Quibi: The Emily's Reasons Why Not of streaming services.

I'll admit I had to look up Heather Graham's IMDB and find the show that got cancelled after 6 episodes.

Stand-up comic Paula Poundstone had a TV show that only lasted two episodes.

I had heard of Quibi, but didn't watch any of their content. I understand they did a revival of Reno 911, and fans of that were disappointed at the loss.

The Mapleworth Murders, which had a lot of former SNLers, got some good buzz but only a 5.5 on IMDB. Tina Fey was supposedly  brilliant as a murderer.

There's an absolutely amazing thread on Facebook where people try to figure out exactly what the hell is a Quibi:

I don't get to say this often about the internet, but...make sure to read all of the comments.

I can't be bothered to delve in depth as to why Quibi failed. This list from The Verge intuitively feels right to me:

11 reasons why Quibi crashed and burned in less than a year
