Dropping a line around the circuit, as we are now fairly desperate for Organisers for events coming up later in the year.
In order of importance:-
Witney/Cogges, in the event schedule for November, still has no one, and this is getting a bit concerning. It seems a long way off, but it needs to have permissions in place soon.
Shotover April has an Organiser (thanks, Hannah), but we need an "on the day" organiser as Hannah can not be present.
Permissions Officer
One of the major headaches is getting timely permissions, which is a desk-bound job for someone who can fit in some time for the club, but can not commit to the bigger jobs.
Lots of the information is held on the website, and some events are dealt with by local contacts, but it would be great if you would offer an organised central approach to this job. Can you?
